As mentioned on the telephone, my new car arrived yesterday within the 2 - 3 week lead time you quoted, exactly the UK spec model I wanted and delivered to my home by transporter. Nick has also been really helpful and confirmed the delivery details twice during the previous week. My husband and I would like to pass on our thanks to you and your team for such a great service that we received from your company. We ordered a Ford Mondeo ST220 back on the 5th October on your internet site by filling in the order form. After just three e-mail's confirming some detail's and the spec of the vehicle. Our order was now complete and was told that the delivery of the vehicle would be between two - three week's from the date that we had ordered.

As my husband and I had never used an Internet site to order a vehicle before, we couldn't help but feel a bit insecure about the whole thing, so we decided to look up on the internet to see if we could find any write ups on ordering vehicle's off the Internet. You do hear of some dreadful stories of customer's that have had some dreadful experiences previous and ended up with a very raw deal, so we just wanted to feel reassured that we were doing the right thing.

As luck would have it we came across a couple of articles which had been written up in the Guardian newspaper from last year, and found that not only did we find ourselves reading up on UK Car Broker, we also saw your name Mr Kevin Overton as the managing director of the company. Brilliant!  we thought as you yourself, we had dealt with when placing our order, so after reading up with such good reports we were now feeling much better about the whole thing.

On Tuesday 18th October we received an e-mail, to let us know that the vehicle had arrived and was scheduled to arrive with us for the Friday 21st October. This had been just over two weeks, impressive!  We were told to expect delivery of the vehicle around 2pm - 3pm in the afternoon.

Come Friday morning we had a phone call to say that now, our vehicle was sitting on our drive, this was 9.15am - even more impressive!

We couldn't of asked for a better service, so thank you once again to you and your team, we are so pleased as if it wasn't for you guys then there's no way that we would have been able to buy a brand new Ford Mondeo ST220.We made a saving of seven thousand pounds and just to think that we could of ended up with a second hand one at a thousand pounds less with about eight thousand miles on it. It just wasn't worth it, and from now on we will recommend you and your company.
